George Kirchmair
George Kirchmair, P.Eng. is CEO & Partner at Eskay Capital Ltd. George is a professional engineer, with 30+ years of expertise working in the infrastructure, real estate & engineering sectors.
In the 1990s George, with his partner, started a boutique engineering firm, and grew the company to 50+ staff, before selling the company to a larger North American-based engineering firm. Subsequently, George joined York1 as EVP- Strategic Development and has led their ESG and strategic sustainability initiatives, while helping to grow the company staff 10 fold, through numerous M&A acquisitions and organic growth.

George and his partners have built a dynamic team at Eskay Capital, working with clients that require capital raise and delivering capital investment partners for our clients in the real estate, infrastructure and M&A sectors.
Real Estate and Infrastructure Advisory
Over the past 30 years George has provided advisory to clients on over 1,000 real estate projects. In addition, he has provided advisory in the energy and sustainability sectors, including renewable fuels & energy, biomass conversion, waste-to-energy facilities, pollution controls, waste management, remediation and risk assessment.
Infrastructure M&A
Over the last 12 years, George has been part of the senior management team executing due diligence and integrations on over 10 M&A transactions within the infrastructure sector. The acquisitions have included companies in the following sectors; engineering services, transportation services, waste management services, construction services, utilities services, infrastructure services and recycling facilities.
Engineering, Environmental & Sustainability
George is a Professional Engineer, specializing in chemical engineering. In his capacity as EVP-Strategic Development, he developed corporate ESG programs. George conceived and implemented waste diversion programs resulting in over 1 million tonnes of diversion. He has also overseen the design, permitting, site plan approvals and development of several facilities including renewable fuel production, waste processing and recycling facilities.

Aiden Kirchmair
Mr. Kirchmair is an avid entrepreneur. At a young age, he started his first business in residential landscaping, bringing on a partner, and growing the business before selling it in a successful buyout. In 2021, Mr. Kirchmair founded his second business, Realty Ascend Ltd., an online platform focused on real estate advisory, training, and marketing.In addition, Mr. Kirchmair pursued a dual degree at The University of Western Ontario, studying software engineering and business through the renowned Ivey Business School, before deciding to focus solely on his business ventures at Realty Ascend Ltd. and Eskay Capital Ltd.

Austin Telles
As CTO, Austin Telles leads the development of cutting-edge AI-driven automations and digital solutions, streamlining inefficiencies in the capital-raising process. By leveraging the power of technology and data, Austin is enhancing connections between projects and investors, fostering efficient and informed decision-making.
Prior to joining Eskay Capital, Austin honed his expertise as a Product Marketing Manager at Google and Facebook, where he played a key role in developing strategies that integrated technology with user-focused innovation.
Telles holds a degree in Economics and Cognitive Science from UCLA, a unique combination that brings analytical rigor and behavioral insight to his technology-forward approach.

Scott Nirenberski
G. Scott Nirenberski joined Eskay Capital as its Chief Financial Officer in 2024. He is a Senior Finance Professional with over 25 years of investment and operational finance experience in the technology and healthcare sectors. Scott has led multiple IPOs, secondary fund raises and recapitalizations in multiple capacities as CFO, professional investor and sell-side analyst.
He brings a unique combination of investment and operational finance experience together to help companies and funds raise and allocate capital to achieve their objectives. Scott is a CFA Charter holder with a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
Capital Raising Initiatives
Tier 1 Bank (Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse First Boston) Capital raises and merger and acquisition transactions totaling more than $1 billion including mandates for Artisan Components, Atmel Corporation, Hyundai Electronics, MIPS Technologies, Samsung Electronics and VLSI Technology.
Tier 2 Bank (Montgomery Securities) Capital raises totaling more than $250 million for Kulicke & Soffa, OnTrack Systems, and Uniphase Corporation (JDS Uniphase).
Raised $280 million for a self-started TMT fund Mosaic Asset Management
Fund Management Activities
Founded Mosaic Asset Management, which managed lower gross- and net exposure long-short equity hedge funds thematically focused on the TMT sectors.
Selected a minority partner, built and managed a firm of 7 people with peak assets of $280 million.
The Mosaic Technology Fund generated a CAGR of +10.7% from its June 1, 2000 inception through June 30, 2006 dissolution versus (-12.2%) for its NASDAQ benchmark. Long and short positions both contributed positively to the fund’s return with 61% up months.
Operational Finance Initiatives
As CFO raised a total of $80 million for HEALWELL AI (formerly MCI Onehealth; TSX: AIDX) in the IPO, subsequent recapitalization and secondary offerings.

David Wallace
David Wallace is President and Owner of Ros-Bay Developments. David brings over 20 years of extensive experience in commercial development, having financed and constructed more than $200 million in projects. With a portfolio of over 40 developments, his work has been anchored by prominent national tenants, including Sobeys, Loblaws, Tim Hortons, Metro, and Shoppers Drug Mart.
As the leader of Ros-Bay Developments, a respected GTA-based real estate owner and developer, David has established a reputation for delivering innovative, high-quality residential and commercial spaces. His focus on sustainability, market trends, and community engagement has solidified Ros-Bay’s position as a trusted name in real estate.

Mark Usher
Mark Usher has a remarkable 34-year career in Banking and Financial Services, Mark retired in October 2024 as the Executive Managing Director of CIBC’s Innovation Banking business, where he led a team of 90+ professionals across 14 offices in North America. Under his leadership, the business grew to manage over $12 billion in loans and deposits, supporting more than 600 high-growth companies.
Previously, as a partner at Wellington Financial, Mark played a pivotal role in elevating the firm’s brand and expanding its reach in the U.S. marketplace, leading over $250 million in transactions. Mark also served as Chair of the Canadian Venture Capital Association and holds an MBA from Queen’s University.
